Okra!
I love okra. Eat it in gumbo. Even better fried. And earlier today, I picked it. I went to Nevada (no, not the state) to film another Webisode of Try My Job. It should air in about two weeks.
Things I learned:
1) Picking okra is not as much fun as eating it
2) A baby okra can grow to about 3-5 inches (a good size to pick) in a couple of days
3) Okra has fuzz on it that can cause severe itching
Comments
are you itching severely? or did they just tell you?

I had this rash on my stomach that itched like crazy. I had to wear gloves to pick the okra. They suggest to wear a longsleeve shirt and pants.
But a little water on the itch, and it disappears.

You give us okra-ites a bad name, Matthew. You should be ashamed. For years, we have dealt with the stereotypes: cooked okra is slimy, raw okra is fuzzy, fried okra is for hillbillies. No longer!
When your "webisode" -- another term for liberal propeganda if you ask me -- we'll boycott you and your whole anti-okra ways. Eat it, Matthew. Eat it.
