Dipping chocolates
It's time to film the second segment this morning in the "Try my job" video series I'm doing this summer. (In the series, I interview people in odd jobs and then try their job). In the first video, which should appear online in the next week or so, I was a chef at Trader Vic's. For the second segment, I'll be dipping and packaging chocolates at the Russell Stover Candy factory in Corsicana.
As an intern, I'll probably be asked to bring back some goodies. But I think there is some ethical boundary to that...
