I overheard someone this morning talking about our beloved intern blog, saying something to the effect that instead of working on stories, we're spending our time using the blog to send each other messages.

I’ve spent the last eight hours editing video, making phone calls, doing an interview in Addison and beginning to write a story.

So, yes, we do work. We work hard.

But let this be a lesson. Anything you say about the interns will show up on this blog. We take our little place in cyberspace seriously.

And now for the real business: Are we really going to start a softball team? I’m down. Kip is, too. (I figured I'd ask him since he works about 20 feet away from me.)
