If this internship doesn't work out, I'm going to be a chef
This summer I'm doing a weekly webisode (i.e. Lonelygirl15 but much more informative) called "Try my job." Basically, I do odd, exciting or interesting jobs and make a video out of it. I recorded my first video yesterday. I went to Trader Vic's and was a chef for two hours. Not only did I learn how to make the most amazing Chilean sea bass in a brown butter orange sauce, but I also learned how to apply burn ointment and bandages to second-degree grease burns. A grayish brown, oblong-shaped blister is beginning to grow from my right index finger. It's all part of being an intern.
